About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Daxlinks website, applications and the investment services we make available (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Daxlinks Global Limited (“Daxlinks”, “we”, “us”) is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under registration number RC 1692652, with offices at Ikota Villa Estate, Lekki, Lagos. We are a multi-asset investment house; we are not a bank and do not take deposits or operate savings accounts. We structure and manage investments in real, income-generating assets on behalf of our clients.

Who can use Daxlinks

To open an account and invest, you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and provide accurate identity and verification information as required by applicable Nigerian law, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer rules.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

The nature of our Services

The Services give you access to professionally managed portfolios across asset classes such as agriculture, asset financing, real estate, fixed income, mutual funds, securities and trust and estate mandates.

Where appropriate, we deploy capital alongside licensed, regulated partners under formal agreements that govern how each mandate is managed and safeguarded. Client assets are held through independent custody and registrar arrangements and are kept separate from the assets of Daxlinks.

No offer, advice or guarantee

Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, nor personal financial advice. Any figures, projections or target returns we publish are objectives we manage toward — not fixed promises — and they move with market conditions.

All investing involves risk, including the possibility of loss. You should read our Risk Disclosure carefully and, where you think it is helpful, seek independent professional advice before investing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their underlying systems.
• Do not use the Services to launder money, finance illegal activity, or misrepresent your identity or the source of your funds.

Fees

Where fees apply to a mandate or product, they are disclosed to you before you invest. In some arrangements our compensation includes a spread or management fee earned on how capital is deployed; this is described in the relevant product documentation.

Intellectual property

The Daxlinks name, logo, content, design and software are owned by Daxlinks or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services for their intended purpose but may not copy, reproduce or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daxlinks is not liable for investment losses arising from ordinary market movements, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
